Pastor Joseph Mwaura shares these goals for 2016:
We are anticipating many activities in 2016. This year we had no ACTS team visiting with us. Sister Nancy Boyer and her husband John came in the first half of the year to work on the Aquaponics system at Kiaga, and some $4500 has already been sent to VOGM to purchase land to establish a commercial farm. We have also put a roof on the school facility at Kiaga through donations from the CCM department. We have opened the school with 25 children for kindergarten and STD 1 (1st grade). We look ahead to enrolling some more next year. We also expect to host ACTS team this year in June with Sister Nancy. We will hold a Bible week with them and some other activities in Kiaga facility. We also anticipate to be more active in evangelism in market places and small town centers next year, although this would be more possible if we had a van for transport. Many more students have sat for the final primary exams and thus will be joining secondary schools where they will require our help in scholarship. The CCM department of the CGGC has over the years helped to fund the various needs in our ministries in Kenya and we take this opportunity to thank those who contributed to make this possible. God bless you!
